Any cancellation must be made 48 hours before the scheduled lesson. Lessons cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a $35 fee. If you cancel a lesson after the start time of the lesson or miss your lesson without any notice, you will be charged the full price of the lesson. Private and Semi-Private lessons are non-refundable.

Lessons may be canceled via an email to greenbayballroom@gmail.com, by calling or texting (920)249-7773, or by stopping by the studio in person. For all methods, please provide your name, lesson type, and the date/time of your scheduled lesson.

In support of this policy, all Green Bay Ballroom (GBB) students are asked to place credit or debit card on file with the studio. This card will be automatically charged the Late Cancellation Fee in the result of a late cancellation. If for any reason there is not a valid card on file with the studio, a hold will be placed on the student's account and the fee must be paid before the student may participate in any GBB group classes, private lessons, or events.

In case of overdue payments, late fees may apply.

Monthly Memberships are available for GBB students to purchase. Like a gym, to enroll in a membership, a student must place a credit or debit card on file with the studio and agree to a monthly auto-pay fee. Unlimited class Memberships enable Students to take classes at a significant discount, which is why the Studio requires enrollment in auto-pay. A Membership can be canceled at any time by calling or stopping by the Studio.  No refunds are given for Membership cancellations. However, a Membership can be placed on hold at request of a Student. No further auto-pays will occur, nor will the Student be eligible to attend any Group Classes using the Membership, until the hold is removed.

Group Classes and Workshops may be paid for in 3 different ways: 1) Drop-in or Online, 2) Membership, 3) Invitations.  Drop-in and online admissions are paid on a class by class basis. Memberships are monthly agreements that allow for unlimited or limited Group Class attendance.  Invitations are reserved for Students who have purchased large private lesson packages. Speak to an GBB Staff member for the most up to date information on how to receive invitations to Group Classes.

All GBB Group Classes and Workshops are scheduled in 45-minute time blocks, at specific times during our open hours, Monday to Friday.  The current schedule and calendar can be found here. You can also find more details of our upcoming classes and events here.

Drop-in or online registration in a Group Class can be canceled at any time; however, no refund will be provided. However, it can be credited towards another class in the future.

Each GBB Event or Party is a unique occurrence.  As such, tickets purchased for one Event or Party may only be used for that Event or Party, and may not be used or saved for a different one in the future.  Additionally, no refunds or ticket resales are permitted for Events or Parties.

If it is more than 7 days from the date of the event, you can cancel your registration by contacting us and receive a refund for STUDIO CREDITS. While we do not offer cash refunds, you are welcome to use your studio credits towards a different class within one year from the date of purchase.

Gift Certificates may be paid for in 3 different ways: Drop-in, call the studio, or Online. Gift Certificates expire one year from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable.

Notice of cancellation for Private Parties and Group Classes must be received 14 days before the scheduled party to receive a refund for studio credits only. No cash refunds.
